WHAT SHIPPING DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We ship worldwide with USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail International, for fast and reliable service.

Our shipping rates are calculated by USPS for both domestic and international orders.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES OR TAXES ON MY ORDER?

International shipments may be charged additional customs duties and taxes not included in the base shipping costs. These fees are determined by the receiving country based on item type and declared value. Due to the ungovernable nature of these laws on MUT Shipping Customs' part, we refute any accountability or responsibility for all -if any at all- the additional fees (e.g. customs tax) you may incur.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-8 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Orders within the USA typically arrive within 1-5 days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays, federal holidays, and unanticipated shipping delays. Shipping delays can often occur now due to COVID-19, we are not responsible for delays in shipping.

International orders typically arrive within 6-21 days after the order has shipped excluding Sundays, federal holidays, and unanticipated shipping delays. Shipping delays can often occur now due to COVID-19, we are not responsible for delays in shipping. These shipping timelines also depend on your country's processing, customs, and delivery protocols.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive the tracking information to the email you provided at checkout.

MY PACKAGE SAYS ‘DELIVERED’ BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT, WHERE IS IT?

If you received a "Delivered" status but believe it is has not been delivered, please allow 1-2 days (excluding Sundays) for your package to arrive. In some cases a package is marked as delivered when it is actually still in transit or out for delivery. If your package is not delivered within 1-2 days, please fill out the form with USPS located here. We also suggest following up with persons in the home, residential complex, etc. Who may have retrieved the item on your behalf.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

No RETURNS are available at this time unless it results from an error on our end or the item was damaged prior to opening package. We do currently accept EXCHANGES for a list of reasons, please contact us and let us know the reason for your exchange. Errors/Damages must be identified within 7 days of receipt otherwise your order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Find more information at checkout.
